HOW TO BOOK
Welcome to the ‘Guide to Booking’ for the Hurdlestone Challenge 2026.
Plans for the 2026 Challenge are well underway, and we hope that you can join us for a fantastic weekend of challenges and fun.
Summary of important dates
Date of event - Friday 26 to 28 June 2026
Bookings open - 10th January 2026
Date bookings close - 31st March 2026
Date orders close for clothing order – 16th May 2026
Date final balance needed for bookings - 16th May 2026
Date final paperwork will be required - 16th May 2026
You can use the links above as many times as you need to, if your numbers change.
However, when resubmitting the form, please use the TOTAL you are booking for, not just adding the additional numbers.
Places will be booked on a first come, first served basis until we have allocated all the available places, or until the closing date has been reached. Please book early to avoid any disappointment as we’re sure the event will be popular
Clothing orders
A full range of clothing is available to pre-order including:

T-shirts in blue and black at £10.00 each

Hoodies in blue, black and dark green at £22.00 (child sizes) and £25.00 (adult sizes)

Hats – Bucket hats in blue or caps in green or blue at £12.50 (child sizes) and £15.00 (adult sizes)
A very limited amount of stock will be available to purchase over the weekend.
Orders and payment must be received by 16th May 2026.
To help you collect orders from those attending the event, we’ve attached an order form you can distribute. Please add the relevant details before you distribute.
How to increase your order
You can use the link above as many times as you need to, if your requirements change. However, when resubmitting the form, please use the TOTAL you are wishing to order, not just adding the additional order. ALL orders must be received by 16th May 2026
Example:
If you booked 10 t-shirts and you need to add a hat, please resubmit the form using 10 t-shirts and one hat.
Grant Applications
We want to make The Hurdlestone Challenge inclusive for all.
So, we’re pleased to offering to help support Scouts, Guides, Service Crew, Campsite Crew or leaders who otherwise may not be able to join us, by offering a grant to cover the cost of the full or partial attendance fee.
Each application, and the amount of funding requested, will be considered on an individual basis.
