Leaders need to complete the following forms
•A Nights Away Notification form (NAN)
This is your permission to camp. When the form has been completed by you, send it to your (home) District Commissioner.
If you are a member of Teignbridge District, send it to the following email address amsteignbridge@gmail.com
If you are not a member of Teignbridge District, your completed NAN needs to be forwarded to the host District Commissioner as detailed above by you or your (home) District Commissioner.
The NAN needs to be sent before 21 May 2026.
Please note: If the host District Commissioner CANNOT confirm receipt of this form, you will be unable to camp as stated by Devon Scouts.
The Hurdlestone Challenge is classified as a 'Camp Site'. If you do not have your 'Camp Site' Nights Away Permit, please let us know and we will put you in contact with a Troop attending who do have a Permit Holder.
If that Troop is able to accommodate you on their permit, please let us know for our records.
