Leaders need to complete the following forms
•A Nights Away Notification form (NAN)
This is your permission to camp.
The NAN needs to be sent before 21 May 2026.
Please note: If the host District Lead Volunteer CANNOT confirm receipt of this form, you will be unable to camp as stated by Devon Scouts.
The Hurdlestone Challenge is classified as a 'Camp Site'. If you do not have your 'Camp Site' Nights Away Permit, please let us know and we will put you in contact with a Troop attending who do have a Permit Holder.
If that Troop is able to accommodate you on their permit, please let us know for our records.
